All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Limited Permission to Use the Site
You may access and view the Site and its content for lawful personal, informational, educational, journalistic, or legitimate business inquiry purposes.
Your access to the Site does not transfer ownership of any content or grant you a license to commercially exploit that content.

Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as granting a license by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
4. Music and Recordings
Music available through or embedded on the Site is provided for listening, discovery, promotion, and licensing consideration.
The ability to stream or listen to a recording does not grant permission to download, reproduce, synchronize, sample, remix, distribute, perform, broadcast, monetize, or otherwise use the recording or underlying musical composition.
Music used in film, television, advertising, podcasts, games, online media, branded content, commercial productions, or other projects may require appropriate licenses for both the sound recording and musical composition.
Voice of Maasai controls certain master and publishing rights within its catalog and may be able to provide direct or one-stop clearance for eligible works. Rights vary by work and must be confirmed before use.
Licensing inquiries may be submitted directly to Voice of Maasai.
No license is granted until the applicable rights holders have provided written authorization and any required licensing agreement has been completed.
5. Photographs, Artwork, and Visual Materials
Photographs, artwork, illustrations, graphics, album covers, and other visual materials displayed on the Site may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Their appearance on the Site does not place them in the public domain and does not grant permission for reuse.
Unless otherwise expressly stated or permitted by law, visual materials may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed, altered, commercially displayed, licensed, sold, used in advertising, or incorporated into another work without permission from the applicable rights holder.
For image, artwork, editorial, publishing, or commercial licensing inquiries, please contact Voice of Maasai.
6. Artificial Intelligence, Automated Collection, and Data Mining
Except where expressly authorized by Voice of Maasai in writing or otherwise permitted by applicable law, you may not use automated systems to systematically collect or reproduce protected content from the Site for commercial exploitation.
In particular, Voice of Maasai does not grant permission for its copyrighted music, sound recordings, photographs, artwork, writing, videos, or other original creative works to be copied or incorporated into datasets for the purpose of training, developing, fine-tuning, evaluating, or operating generative artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems.
This restriction includes unauthorized bulk scraping, harvesting, extraction, or reproduction of protected creative content for such purposes.
Nothing in this section is intended to prohibit ordinary search-engine indexing, accessibility services, legitimate security research, or other activity protected or permitted by applicable law.
No intellectual property license is granted for AI or machine-learning use merely because content is publicly accessible through the Site.
7. Artist and Collaborator Content
Voice of Maasai works with artists, musicians, writers, photographers, producers, and other collaborators.
The appearance of an individual's name, likeness, biography, music, artwork, photograph, or other material on the Site does not grant visitors any right to commercially use that individual's work, name, image, likeness, or other protected interests.
Rights and ownership may vary by individual work.
8. Third-Party and Embedded Content
The Site may contain embedded media, links, players, or other content provided by third-party services such as YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, social media platforms, and other media providers.
Third-party content remains subject to the rights, terms, and policies of the applicable provider and rights holders.
The inclusion or embedding of third-party content does not mean that Voice of Maasai owns that content or grants any rights to it.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or informational purposes. Voice of Maasai does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, security, or terms of third-party services.
9. Purchases, Payments, and Invoices
Voice of Maasai may sell products, artwork, publications, music-related materials, services, licenses, or other items directly or through third-party platforms.
Payments may be processed through services such as Square, Venmo, Zelle, or other payment providers.
Transactions processed by third-party payment providers are also subject to those providers' applicable terms and policies.
Prices, availability, shipping terms, licensing fees, and other transaction terms may vary depending on the product or service.
Any specific written agreement, invoice, license, purchase agreement, commission agreement, or other contract entered into between you and Little Lady Studio LLC or Voice of Maasai will govern that transaction where its terms conflict with these general Terms.
10. Licensing Inquiries and Negotiations
Information concerning licensing opportunities, catalog availability, or potential rights clearance presented on the Site is informational and does not constitute a binding offer or license.
A licensing inquiry, discussion, quote, submission, or negotiation does not grant permission to use a work.
Any final license may be subject to a separate written agreement identifying the applicable work, rights granted, media, territory, term, fee, credits, and other conditions.
11. User Communications and Submissions
If you contact Voice of Maasai, you remain responsible for the information and materials you choose to submit.
Please do not submit confidential creative concepts, unsolicited music, manuscripts, business proposals, or other proprietary materials unless requested or unless appropriate arrangements have been made in advance.
