Use the Work. Clear the Rights

Voice of Maasai represents an independent catalog of music, recordings, photography, artwork, and original creative work developed through more than a decade of collaboration and storytelling.

We welcome licensing inquiries from filmmakers, television and streaming productions, documentarians, publishers, brands, agencies, nonprofits, cultural organizations, and other creative partners.

For much of our music catalog, Voice of Maasai controls both master and publishing rights, allowing us to offer direct, streamlined clearance.

IMAGE & PHOTOGRAPHY LICENSING

A visual archive built through years of collaboration.

  • Educational materials

  • Exhibitions

  • Digital media

Image rights vary throughout the archive and are verified before any license is issued. If you are looking for a particular subject, place, artist, event, or type of imagery, we are happy to search the archive for relevant material.

Please tell us what you are looking for and how the image will be used.

ARWORK, WRITING & OTHER PERMISSIONS

Artwork, illustrations, writing, excerpts, album artwork, photographs, and other original materials appearing on the Voice of Maasai website may also be available for reproduction or other authorized uses.

If you would like to reproduce, publish, exhibit, distribute, or otherwise use a specific work, please contact us before doing so.

Permission is granted on a case-by-case basis and may require a written license, appropriate credit, and a licensing fee.

NOT SURE WHAT YOU NEED?

That’s okay.

Tell us about your project, what you are looking for, and where the work will appear. We can help determine what rights are required and whether Voice of Maasai can provide them.
